Our Story
How Keraliyaa's came to Madhapur, Hyderabad
Keraliyaa's was founded with a single purpose: to bring the authentic healing traditions of Kerala Ayurveda to the heart of Hyderabad. The name itself reflects our identity — Nilayam means "abode" in Sanskrit and Telugu, and this centre is truly an abode of traditional Ayurvedic wellness.
Kerala has been the custodian of classical Ayurveda for centuries. The ashtavaidya tradition — the eight families of Kerala physicians who preserved Ayurvedic knowledge through generations — is the living root of the therapies we practise. At Keraliyaa's, we have brought that tradition from the lush backwaters and forests of Kerala to Madhapur, Hyderabad, making authentic care accessible to residents of the city.
We do not offer spa-adapted or diluted versions of Ayurvedic treatments. Every therapy we perform follows classical protocols — the same methods used in traditional Kerala kalari and vaidya houses. Our medicated oils are prepared according to classical formulations, and our therapists are trained in the traditional methods of application, pressure, and timing.
